Absolutely. SugaRay Travel can coordinate travel for destination weddings, milestone celebrations, family and friend groups, retreats, and other group experiences. Depending on the trip, this may include accommodations, room blocks, transportation, excursions, and other travel arrangements.

Throughout the year, SugaRay curates select group experiences that individual travelers can join. The destination, itinerary, accommodations, experiences, and trip details are planned in advance, so you can choose the journey that speaks to you and reserve your spot.

Yes! Solo travelers are welcome on SugaRay group experiences. Accommodation options and any applicable single-occupancy pricing will be listed with each trip.

Yes. Corporate and production travel is one of Rachel’s specialties. Before founding SugaRay Travel, she built extensive professional experience coordinating complex travel logistics for major television productions, award shows, executives, talent, and production teams through her work with Viacom and MTV Networks.
